From a backround of having past-life memory as a child, Kathy embarked on her own journey of researching and exploring past life memory as a young adult. Influenced by the work of Dr Brian Weiss, part of her search involved two past life regression sessions in The Brian Weiss Centre in Miami in 1997. She has written extensively about her own past life experiences and how they have impacted her present life.

Kathy had a successful career in business and retail design in Ireland before deciding to move to France in 1995. While living in Paris she set up a company specialising in set design for television.

After several years, the fast pace of life in Paris proved unfulfilling for so she then decided to make a career using all her deep and longheld spiritual beliefs. In 2006 she graduated from the UK Past Life Regression Academy run by reputed psychologist and past life therapist Andy Tomlinson.

Kathy offers Past Life Regression Therapy and Regression Therapy as well as Hypnotherapy. She is a member of the European Association of Regression Therapists and is a validated practitioner, General Hypnotherapy Standards Council UK and general Hypnotherapy Register UK. Kathy has also been trained and certified in Life between Lives hypnotherapy based on the 30 years research of Dr Michael Newton, (author of the ground-breaking book Journey of Souls) other LBL regression pioneers, and the work of the Michael Newton Institute. To consolidate her skills as a therapist, Kathy completed a BSc degree in Psychology.
